Jillian Holtzmann
Jillian Holtzmann was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York. She was always fascinated by science and engineering, and spent most of her childhood tinkering with electronics and building models. Her parents were supportive of her interests, but they were also concerned about her health. Jillian had celiac disease, which meant she had to be careful about what she ate. Her parents made sure that she had access to gluten-free foods, but they also encouraged her to be active and outdoorsy.
